Romans 10:13-18 - For whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved. How then shall they call on Him in whom they have not believed? And how shall they believe in Him of whom they have not heard? And how shall they hear without a preacher? And how shall they preach unless they are sent? As it is written: How beautiful are the feet of those who preach the gospel of peace, who bring glad tidings of good things. But they have not all obeyed the gospel. For Isaiah says, Lord, who has believed our report? So then; faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God. But I say, have they not heard?  Yes indeed; their sound has gone out into all the earth, and their words to the ends of the world.

The primary focus of the Evangelism/Outreach Ministry is to reach out to individuals and communities to:

  • Spread the good news of our Lord Jesus Christ in every community.

  • Teach others about God and Christ, and about the good news of the gospel of Jesus Christ.

  • Help communities develop a closer personal relationship with God, and Christ.

  • Bring knowledge, and the truth of God's word, into every community.

  • Teach communities more about the commandments of Jesus Christ.

  • Help every community develop a working knowledge of how we all 􀁿t into God's divine plan.

  • Provide basic relief or services to individuals and communities.

  • Help encourage, reassure, and con􀁿rm the love of God through Christ our Lord, in every community.

According to Ephesians 4:11-16; God gave evangelists to the church as one of the five-fold ministry gifts:

  • For the purpose of perfecting of the saints,

  • For the work of the ministry, and

  • For the edifying of the body of Christ.

Mission Statement

The Evangelism/Outreach Ministry is a ministry of believers who are committed to reaching, serving, and impacting communities everywhere, by demonstrating God’s love through the fulfillment of His commands and the Great Commission of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Vision Statement

We envision communities united in love, transformed in heart, and empowered in the wisdom, knowledge, and understanding of the truth of the gospel of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

In Luke 10:25-37, the Samaritan gave aid to the man who was in need; not because he had to, but because he saw the need: and his heart compelled him to give of what he had to help the man. Love involves helping those who, for whatever reason, cannot help themselves; without regard to who they are or where they come from. Don't forget to give to outreach ministries as the Lord moves on your heart to do so.
